A 22.5% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid. Shipping & handling charges, based on weight, size & destination, will be added to the final invoice. Mandatory insurance, based on the winning bid plus buyer's premium, will be added to final invoice.
Neither frames nor picture galss are covered by insurance. Sales tax of 6% will be added ot the final invoice of west virginia residents only (unless a sales tax number is provided).
