Barack Obama Signed Speech Autograph At Nevada Rally

Barack Obama Signed Speech Autograph At Nevada Rally

This auction is for an exquisite copy of an ipmortant march 18, 2008 speech personally autographed by senator barack obama, possibly the next president of the united states. There are two copies of this available, both autographed by obama at his elko, nevada campaign stop on sept. 17, 2008. We had two copies of the speech prepared and autographed by obama as he pressed teh flesh. (the second one will be offered to the next highest bidder as a second chance offer!
) the signed speeches are in pristine condition as they were stored in a rigid folder at the rally and are on very nice heavier bond cream-colored stationery. The piece is much more awesome than these scans/photos can possibly show. The pages are not stapled for the obvious reason that we awnted the staple to not be a factor in its condition. Obama signed the first page of the 10-page speech, which is now known as the important a more perfect union speech as delivered in philadelphia, pa.
The speech addressed his association with controversial pastor jeremiah wright adn also centered on race relations. In the speech obama talks baout growing up as the son of a black man from kenya and a white woman from kansas. He says in the speech, it's a story that hasn't made me the most conventional candidate. But it is a story that has seared into my genetic makeup the idea that this nation is more than the sum of its parts - that out of many, we are truly one. On the third page, obama denounces jeremiah wright's well-played remarks in trinity baptist church as divisive at a time when we need unity racially charged at a time when we need to come together to solve a set of monumental problems. All in all, it's an awesome speech, one in which obama tries ot distance himself from the potential explosion issue of wright as it plays out in race relations and his much needed support of white blue-color workers as a time when hillary clinton was his chief rival for the democratic presidential nomination. Obama signed boldly with great signatures! Scroll down to see various aspects of this item as well as a photo of obama from the event where the signing took place. Should obama become president on jan.
20, 2009, this will be an investment quality item! It will be shipped with cardboard and inside plastic sleeve to preserve its pristine condition on the way to your house or office. I accept paypal and payment is due within five days of auction end.
